Terms & Conditions for ck11 Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck11 website accessible at ck11.lat, including all associated pages, sub-pages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "ck11" refers to the operator of the Platform and its affiliated entities, directors, employees, and agents.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds awarded by ck11 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing and unqualified acceptance of these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ck11 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck11 does not make any representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited are not permitted to register or play. ck11 reserves the right to geo-restrict access at its sole discretion.

3.3 KYC Verification

ck11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ck11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck11 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify ck11 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your Account or any funds within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances therein.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in BDT. ck11 does not accept credit card payments, cryptocurrency, or any international wire transfer for deposits or withdrawals.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the Account cashier section. ck11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts, though ck11 reserves the right to extend this timeframe during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. ck11 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial service provider.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ck11 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. ck11 reserves the right to place holds on withdrawal requests, request additional documentation, and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and all funds may be frozen.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ck11 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry dates that are clearly stated at the time each offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% toward playthrough, while certain table games and live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck11 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Conduct considered abusive includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on outcomes with a near-100% probability to clear playthrough requirements, using automated software or betting systems specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players to distribute bonus funds. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account permanently suspended and all related balances forfeited.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotional offers may be targeted to specific Player segments and are not guaranteed to be available to all Players at all times. ck11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with any such changes communicated via the Platform or by email.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.2 Bet Acceptance

ck11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. 7.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to ck11's Sports Betting Rules as published on the Platform. In the event of any match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in the Sports Betting Rules document. ck11's decision on all sporting event settlements is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by ck11

ck11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. During a suspension, access to Account funds may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of any investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting ck11 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deducting applicable fees and any uncleared bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided the Account has passed KYC verification.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to ck11. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents ck11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
